This gym is fantastic! The variety of equipment is impressive, and the group classes are always fun and energetic. The staff is super friendly and supportive, making every visit a great experience!
The star of the show is Lisa Amato.
I trained with Lisa for a few months following a year of being out of the gym due to a car accident that left me with permanent injuries.
Lisa is a master of her craft. She understood what I needed to do to get back into the gym and allowed me to rebuild my confidence.
She works incredibly hard to put together an individualized training plan that is actionable and challenging. She is very personable and easy to work with — and very flexible too.

So nice and clean. Love the different versions of the classes provided. Kinda hard to find but It’s in the alley way off of Mateo st. Look for FP sign. I will be back forsure
