I showed a picture of what I wanted to the stylist. It was from their own social media.There's no mirror so I wasn't able to see my hair until she finished. Nothing like what I requested. I had told her this was for my wedding too & she put on a movie about divorce.I also had requested a scalp treatment, that never happened. Luckily that wasn't added to my total.Waste of time & money. Now my wedding pictures don't have the hair I wanted.

I had one of the best blowouts here last week. I wish I remembered the stylists name. I have very long and thick hair. It’s hard to blowout my hair and a lot of stylists have trouble with it, so I’m very cautious with how it’s done. She did my hair perfectly with volume and everything I wanted. If I lived here I’d go to that stylist every week.

Pros: Johanna and the rest of the staff are awesome Cons: The shop. I've been going to this Drybar since it opened and wow the new owners have really screwed it up. I now have to bring my own shampoo because they don't have any. Don't look up because you will see that the ceilings are covered in brown dust. I hope they aren't asking their stylists to clean that because that would be putting their health and safety at risk. Finally, I have a weekly standing appointment and instead of walking in to see a new movie every time I go in, it is the same one every single time. When Johanna leaves, I will leave.
