They took great care of my little Jetson. Nice groomers and clean establishment. Fair pricing and fast service. She really listened to me on the type of haircut I wanted for my pup.

The haircut was great. When I walked in the person at the desk told me not to get a haircut for my 6 month old, ridiculed my decision to get a teddy bear cut, and continued for 2 minutes. In the end, the grooming was excellent and appreciated. But maybe don't soapbox it, particularly in front if other customers.

Dropped my dog off at 11am and he was not ready for pickup until 5pm. The ladies working there were sweet, but 6 hours for a grooming is pretty ridiculous. They also shaved him down pretty bad to the skin when I ask for them to leave it long.
