About Crystal Spa Los Angeles
Crystal Spa LA offers a mixed experience. The common areas are calm, clean, and comfortable, but the men's section needs renovation or deep cleaning. The towels are small and tattered. The acupuncture massage is consistently excellent, but the scrub and oil massage quality is inconsistent. The dry spa area is great, but the wet area could use some renovations. Overall, it provides a good, if somewhat uneven, experience, with the exceptional acupuncture massage as the highlight. The spa offers a range of amenities, including a cold plunge, heated pool, steam room, sauna, salt room, and charcoal room. Admission costs $30, making it a value option in the area. The clientele is described as very kind and chill, and the co-ed room is quiet and peaceful, although the TVs can be distracting. Guests are advised to bring their own robes, slippers, and face masks, as these are not provided. The on-site cafe offers entree items for around $20 each, but outside food is not allowed. Overall, Crystal Spa LA provides a good value for the price, with a focus on relaxation and rejuvenation.

I would rate Crystal Spa and their services a solid 5 stars. Staff were incredibly thoughtful, kind, and polite. Soo, the lady who gave me the body scrub did a PHENOMENAL job, and my visit here was the highlight of my time in LA this spring. The facilities are super clean, in good condition, and best of all, the vibe is quiet and relaxing. I couldn't ask for more, I enjoyed it so much I visited twice in my week in Southern California.
So if you are looking for an aesthetic place to take photos or social media content this spa is not it. This is small, local spa for purpose of get your skin pampered. Me and mom got body scrubs, skin feels so soft and rejuvenated. Sauna rooms are clean, quiet. Definitely will be returning
