Coram CVS Pharmacy has been very kind and considerate of me and my medicine needs. They’re providing financial aid for their supplies that are needed for my infusions. I couldn’t afford my infusions without their help. I only wish they would consider the debt I took on before I knew there was aid available. I would highly recommend their infusion services.

I receive regular infusions at AIS (onsite). I prefer this to having someone come to my home. It is easy and convenient. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff and nurses at this facility are excellent!I've used other pharmacies and home health services in the past that had trouble getting authorizations and coordinating supplies. Not so here. I have gotten prompt call backs and courteous responses every time with CVS/Coram. They have been more proactive than others at resolving and coordinating approvals, etc.

I am so disappointed in the service and quality of assistance received when I switched insurance companies and needed to be reauthorized for my Gammagard infusions. The one person who had seemed competent was out of the office so for two weeks I got the runaround from at least 6 other people. Not one of them seemed to know what they were doing or talking about. They would not let me speak to a supervisor but instead kept transferring me to people who had no idea why I was connected to them. All told, I spent at least 5-6 hours on the phone over a 3 day period and still did not successfully solve the problems I was having in receiving authorizing and obtaining a medication shipment. Of course it comes at a critical time as I have a compromised immune system and the Coronavirus is spreading (and my son is arriving from Italy tomorrow to be home quarantined). As soon as I can I will transfer to another infusion provider even though I like my nurse.
