I have come here twice now for pedicures. The first time I came without an appointment and was taken right away. They only have two pedicure chairs and the place is pretty small but wasn't busy. They did a good job and my nails looked great and lasted a few weeks. It's $33 for a basic pedicure and they take credit cards which I feel like is reasonable for the area and great that they take credit cards as a lot of nail places don't or charge an extra fee. If it were only that experience it would be 5 stars. Today I came in after making an appointment online earlier in the day. I got an email confirmation that mentioned I should call to confirm the appointment which I did as well. When I got there the person who does nails was not there and the lady working in the office called them and informed me it would take her 15 minutes to get here. While that's fine and I had time to wait today, it's a little frustrating that they weren't prepared for the appointment that I confirmed just a couple of hours before. Additionally there were tons of upsells attempted during the service which makes it less relaxing. Because of this recent experience I have to give them 3-3.5 stars.

I've been to the Brentwood shop twice and they have not let me down for massage therapy. I'm always refreshed and recharged. I'm going back again. This time I'm bringing my wife for a couples package and the mani/pedi.

This is a no frills massage place. I purchased the 60 minute foot reflexology massage combo. The massage was fantastic. Again; let me emphasize that it’s no frills. A curtain separates you from the next person. But the quality of the service was fantastic.I will 100% be back.
