Neha has helped me a ton with neck pain. She does a great job of explaining exercises and stretches to do in between sessions and I have seen significant improvement each week. The office is spa-like and super comfortable, each session feels both really relaxing and informative and I look forward to every appointment.

My experience at Back to Center has been nothing short of amazing! Neha helped to drastically reduce my chronic pain and identify root causes of the issue within the first few sessions. Neha is not just a great physical therapist; she’s also a health coach who listens and truly cares about her patients. Her gentle guidance and nonjudgmental approach helped me tremendously in my health journey. She also referred me to several practitioners that I never considered as a possibility.
