“I was able to secure Jasmin as my postpartum doula rather last minute by happenstance. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through those early postpartum weeks as a first time mom without Jasmin.

After an unexpected emergency c-section, I had a lot of emotions to sort through, and Jasmin held space for all of it with so much kindness and care. Additionally, her massages were a lifesaver — my body was so bent up after birth; she helped me feel like myself again. The body binding at our last session really helped send me off to the next chapter of motherhood.

Each week, she just knew what I needed, even when I didn’t have the energy to say it. I was so tired most weeks I couldn’t think straight, but she would gently suggest things based on what she noticed before, and it always felt so thoughtful and spot-on. One week, I was so tired of dealing with the non-stop expensive medical bills, that she called around to find an appointment with an in-network pelvic floor care provider after many months of being on a waitlist at the one recommended to me by the hospital.
