As a Ram truck owner with Cummins power with Aisin tranny I have to be perfectly honest. Having tried to find service in San Jose area to no avail. Dealer and independent combined, I am a 1000% committed Loomis Diesel “groupie”. The customer service, knowledge, cost and professional demeanor are truly what a business strives for. Big thumbs up for Loomis Diesel. They replaced my Turbo and a few other items on my 2007 Chevy LBZ Duramax. The job was done on time, at a reasonable price and the work was excellent.. The staff was friendly and great communication, kept me informed on the progress every step of the way. I'm a retired mechanic and I was impressed how organized and clean the shop was kept. This was the first time here, I'll definitely will be a repeat customer.
