I put myself in a crappy situation and luckily these guys were super easy to work with through the whole process! Tabitha and Ashley were who I spoke to and worked and they were super friendly and helpful. I definitely learned my lesson and won't let this happen again. :)

Normally you would never expect a towing company to have so much integrity and professionalism but Tracker Auto does an outstanding job with treating customers like family. If you want an understanding tow company to knock on your door, these guys are very much here to be that company.. Follow thru with integrity if you make any promises to them for any leniency because they will make sure to hold their end of the deal for you.. I appreciate these guys tremendously. After all it's not their fault that they are at my door. Thanks guys. I owe you more than you'll underatand..Scott
