I came in just before closing without realizing it. I was stressed as my breaks were acting up and I wasn’t sure what was wrong. I had a traumatic experience a few years back when I was traveling and my tire almost fell off while on the freeway. It was holding on by a single lug nut. This was due to an error by another place not properly putting my tries back on after working on my breaks. So to say the least I was very stressed. After a really frustrating experience at another location, I am so thankful I came to this Rocklin location for a second opinion. They were honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs.
What another shop quoted me nearly $4,000 for, they inspected thoroughly and completed for around $600. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly has their customers’ best interest in mind instead of just trying to make the biggest sale possible.
