I have been getting Botox for around five years at different med spas in the area and they always seem to overdo it just to rack up the bill, Dr. Kismet listened to me when I expressed I just wanted a little bit of Botox and not to overdo it. We were gifted two parent+child cooking classes and had an amazing experience at both classes. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Lovell for a couple years now, Prior to seeing her, I was having severe lumbar pain, and left shoulder pain. I was almost to the point that I could not function properly on a daily basis, but with The quality of care I’ve been receiving and just the all-around experience when you walk in the front door she makes you feel welcomed. You’re not just another patient. She treats you as though you’re her only patient She’s very much focused on your well-being and she knows exactly what she’s doing. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be able to ride my motorcycle. Do the things that I love to do at this point in my life. I highly recommend checking her out.

Jones Family Roofing is where it is at! They are a small family-owned and family-run roofing company here in the Sacramento/Placer county area and everyone I interacted with at this company was just a gem.While we hired Jones Family Roofing in 2023, our story goes back to 2017. Recently widowed, my mom saw something she though meant she needed a new roof. She mentioned this to her HVAC serviceman who referred her to Jones Family Roofing.Richard came out to look at my mom's concerns and he assured her that her roof was perfectly fine and should be for another 5-6 years. She was relieved and when she told me this story, I asked her to give me their contact info so I could save it in my phone for anyone else needing roof work done. Richard (or someone else) could have so VERY easily taken advantage of my mother and just agreed that she needed a new roof just to get the work, but Richard was a stand-up guy and his integrity spoke volumes about him, his family, and his company.Fast forward 6 years, sadly my mother passed away and now it was us kids needing to re-roof the home prior to having family move into the house. Jones family came out quickly and provided an extremely competitive quote. It wasn't the lowest quote we received, but the 2017 interaction had scored Jones Roofing MAJOR brownie points with me (and my brothers) so we decided to award them the job.Jean in the office was so sweet and helpful/kind with any and all questions that we had. Our job took place on time and remained on schedule. I went over to check on the crew and spoke with Jean's grandson/Richard's nephew who was on the job (can't remember his name, darn it) and he was super kind and genuine as well. I didn't meet the tear-off crew but it was all Jones boys putting the roof on the house. My swimming pool: empty for over five years.
Reason: leaks in the fiberglass.
It made me sad just walking in my own backyard because I am such a water person. My reality: I could not find anyone to repair my fiberglass pool. Pool companies said it could not be repaired. Last spring, I sent out yet another email-- and Randy, from Advanced Pool Coatings, immediately responded. He called me; we talked; and after that first conversation, he gave me hope. Honestly, I was about to give up and just fill the hole with dirt! So glad that I sent the email.
Randy helped with every step moving forward. And then eight months later, this amazing crew arrived to my home: Mike, Rey, Leo, and Jerben. These guys explained so much of the process to me. Since working with Cindy, I have had a significant reduction in my migraines and improvement in my premenstrual symptoms. I do not need my medicine as frequently and I sleep better! I’ve been working with her for quite awhile and have seen improvement in a ski accident/knee injury. Additionally, with celiac disease my abdominal symptoms are helped as well. My mood and daily energy levels have also been improved since working with Cindy, allowing me more engagement in my work as a healthcare provider. I think the element of deep relaxation that the Bowen method provides is transformative. Cindy provides a safe space that is calming, relaxing, and nurturing. I will continue with therapy regularly for my health and well being.

I love this place! The stylists are kind and polite. Very helpful and do a great job with my hair. I have been seeing Shannon since 2008 and trust no one else with my hair when I am ready for something different and afraid of my choice I just let her be her hair artist self and do what she wants with it, within reason. She is amazing!She is the only one that can do a great amazing cut for my son's thick hair. It is worth the cost because those cheap deals never did good work with his crazy thick hair. He has body and thickness.

I got my hair done by Elizabeth and she did a PHENOMENAL job! My hair was no easy task with the black box dye that was stuck in it but she was able to get the color out and made it look so beautiful again. My hair has not looked this good in years! She also gave me an amazing cut that was exactly what I wanted. Cherry on top is that she’s so friendly! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a great stylist!!

Found out that our backflow for irrigation was leaking for what was probably years in the making. Called a bunch of plumbers and none of them seemed to know much about fixing backflows. Jim from Bills Backflow Service came out and literally had the gaskets and parts for my backflow (on my 15 yr old house in lincoln) and fixed it in 20 minutes (in the 105 degree heat). I offered to hold an umbrella and bring him cold water and he wouldnt let me but i did anyway. He was a great guy and really knows backflows as he works on public buildings and if you need backflow testing or fixing call Jim! He's a great local guy and has a beautiful dog that he brings too!Also he charged a fourth of what another plumber in Sac quoted (after seeing these pics.) I have never in my life tipped a plumber but did so today!(20%, too!)

Quick and professional service. I reached out to MSE regarding safe wiring updates needed in my attic for my bathroom fans. They came out the next day on time, inspected what was wrong, gave me a very reasonable quote, and fixed the issue right away. Very friendly guys and explained what they fixed for us. My kitchen needed a facelift but I was on a set budget. After checking out other solid surface companies, I'm so glad I found Lisac Kitchen and Bath. I LOVE my new countertops!!! Stanko and his crew did an amazing job of giving me the most beautiful and perfect countertop. Their fabrication of my countertop with integrated sink is nothing short of stunning. Their product is a superior solid surface brand called Kerrock and it beats any other solid surface brand out there. Stanko is very customer service centered and he was very responsive to my calls and texts, and oh so patient!There was never any pressure and Stanko was upfront and honest every step of the way. It was easy breezy from start to finish. His prices are really good. If you want something that looks like Quartz but actually much better, go with this company. You will be glad you did.

After our house fire, Duarte construction took excellent care of us.
We chose them because they were contracted with our local fire department for that first night. From our first contact with Layla who helped us retrieve precious items that first night in the house to Camie our project manager, the whole team made us feel like our house was their priority.
They did an excellent job and finished the whole repair (after a 2 month pause for the fire inspection), over a month before their contracted end date.
