If there is anyone to make you feel completely comfortable in the investment you are making, it certainly is Jerry Miller. Although incentives geared us towards builder lenders. Jerry still made sure we were fully informed every step of the way. He was more present and available throughout our process than the loan originator assigned to our file by the builder. Jerry Miller with Premier home loans was amazing to work with. He was so kind and helpful. He walked us through the entire process basically holding our hands.
