“First time getting a keratin brow and lash lift I’m obsessed! I have stick straight lashes and unruly brows. I was curious about getting a keratin treatment but nervous because I’ve never done anything like this. I found on the website that consultations were offered. I booked one and Georgette explained everything in detail and did a patch test to make sure that I wasn’t allergic to anything. “I've been a client here since October 2023 and am so thankful I ran into Yani and Joy randomly outside their shop when I was walking around! I've had terrible with stylists who claim to be experts in Black natural hair care, so I've avoided salons for the past 6 years. My hair was in bad shape though, after letting my niece bleach, lots of manipulation, and a lack of care on my end after bouts of depression. I have 4c kinkly curly hair and have been natural for almost 15 years, so I've been through it with my hair. My stylist Yani was very thorough in discussing treatment options, prices, and most importantly to me, talking through what a pathway to healthy hair could look like. Coming here really feels like being in a spa. I get head messages, natural products, and thoughtful and gentle care. I always have a good time too because Joy (the owner) is fun and we're always joking and listening to music. It's a salon experience I've dreamed of but didn't think possible. Issa vibe!!! I'm happy to report that my hair that was deeply split, dry, and broken has come back healthy and strong thanks to Yani and Joy I'm a client for life, highly recommend coming in and getting Touch'd!“
“I’ve been going to LLBS for about a year now (with the monthly subscription) and it’s been a great experience. Jennifer is my fav, she makes the classic lashes look so natural on me, I’ve had several people asking me if those are my real lashes. The place has comfy beds with blankets, sometimes I even take a nap during my appointment. They changed their in-house music to spa meditation type of tracks and it makes the experience nice n’ relaxing. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to glam up their look occasionally or to have a regular lash upkeep.“

“I went to Rachelle for Lip Blush services and how she shaped my lips and enhanced them to remain natural yet fuller and brighter really proves how talented she is at her craft as a make up artist and cosmetic tattooer. She was also extremely thorough with pre- and aftercare details allowing me to prepare my lips and expectations well for my appointment and I believe my healing week was super easy as a result. I did not experience any major swelling beyond the first 24 hours, nor did I have any dryness, discomfort or peeling for the rest of the week following her instructions. The process of having lips tattooed was definitely tough and there was a notable amount of pain, but she was communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process and kept me comfortable the whole time. Highly, highly recommend!“
