The braid foundation was neat, secure, and comfortable—not too tight, which is something I truly appreciated. I’ve had sew-ins in the past that left my scalp sore for days, but Joy made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail was incredible. The install itself was flawless: the tracks were laid perfectly, the hair blended beautifully, and the finished style looked natural, polished, and luxurious.
