We came in without an appointment, and they were kind enough to accommodate us. My kid saw me doing my fake nails from Temu and wanted some, so I brought them here. I figured a gel set would also encourage them to stop biting their nails. Anyway, as soon as we came in, the manicurist made my kid feel so comfortable and suggested colors and designs. My kiddo loved the entire process and loved the finished product! The best part is that they treated them with the same respect and consideration as any other customer. Hope they stop the nail biting so I can join them for a pedicure every month since we live right down the street :)
