I've been going to this nail shop for almost 2 years now. For the most part the reasonable and they provide good work. Yesterday I had the worst polish change on my toes of my life by Mary.Mary needs a nap?She just doesn't pay enough attention and my toes look horrible they were in pain from the constant heat. The heat lamp was faulty.I expressed this to her a few times.My toenails were burning and then she said she didn't understand, which is a joke. The man doing my nails, understood!I was charged $18 for the polish change. Mary too over an hour and never completed the polish change properly. I usually don't visit here often anymore, I used to come several years back until I started going to a different salon. However, this last time I decided to get a pedicure the experience was enough to remind me why I stopped coming here in the first place. I was in a hurry for my baby shower coming up and I decided just to get a simple pedicure with gel. When I sat down the chairs were so uncomfortable, the massage rollers were stabbing me in my back and me being 8 months pregnant I was in so much pain. Horrible just horrible , me and my cousin went to go get our nails done and my mom came along too get her eyebrows done and her nails aswell. One of the workers made my moms eyebrows uneven, one is up and the other one is more lower than the other one. Then my cousin got normal nails done , keep in mind that she fidgets alot with her fingers which she can't Control. Then my cousin when she was fidgeting after her nails got done they weren't fully dry yet and then she noticed that they were unpainted, then my mom noticed and went to go tell the lady at the front.
