We've taken all of our dry cleaning here for as long as we've lived here without ever having a problem. They'll also fix hems, buttons, do the perfect amt. of starch, watch for certain stains that you point out beforehand and do quick return service if needed. He'll also let me know if he thinks he will not be able to get the stain out either, but will try. Our problem is forgetting our clothes there for too long! Many yrs. ago we briefly tried another dry cleaner in town at one point out of curiosity, but they actually misplaced our things, even when presenting our phone # & ticket!! They actually asked me what I had brought in! THEN, he had to make a phone call to someone else to help him find it! I was horrified!! [So glad he wasn't searching for a family heirloom at the time like a wedding dress, or a tux of my grandfather's that could've potentially been lost! It made me sweat...just a little...until he found our dry cleaning...which NEVER returned there!] We sincerely appreciate using 1 Hour Valley Cleaners. They are very ethical and professional. We would recommend them to everyone!

Tyler was great and very knowledgeable! Haircut was clean and crisp! I did feel bad about requesting something a little different to my fade on the cut because of what I’m used to and he accommodated me and got me feeling right! Definitely recommend you know what kind of haircut you want because it can be confusing for someone not getting haircuts often like me and it can help with time. I felt a little rushed at the end when I was trying to have him higher my fade than it was because of his next appointment coming close but other than that he knows how to do a clean fade and has a cool studio!

I rarely leave google reviews, but Danny and his wife did an incredible job on my mani + pedi. Danny speaks excellent English and conversation with him is easy and delightful. They both do a thorough job painting and shaping your nails. I’ve never been this satisfied leaving a nail salon. I will definitely be returning.

I don't know where to start in recommending ACH because there are just so many great things to address. I'll try ;0).....The staff is very accommodating, caring, and friendly-just outstanding; Dr. Mendez and Dr. Axline are extremely competent and go above and beyond the call of duty-they also love your babies as much as you do; and staff appropriately prioritizes/triages in order to do everything they can to address the immediate needs of their clients. I really do think of ACH as family. We have moved 1.5 hours away, but we still come back for our annuals and vaccinations due to the special bond ACH has created with our fur babies and us.
I am extremely grateful for all that Dr. Sam and his staff did for my beloved Bailey.Being new to the area, I had taken Bailey to three other places before being referred to Dr. Sam. One in Goleta and two others in Thousand Oaks, one being Bailey’s long-term vet, before I had moved to Lompoc. Apologies for this long review, however, my hope is that it will help others if they are looking for a veterinarian and will help make the best decision where to take their pets.The last place I took Bailey, my dog (Boxer), in Goleta, gave me 3 options/surgeries for medical treatment. All 3 options were so expensive and not all the treatments would have truly benefited her condition. It was also delivered in a very matter of fact way; it made me very sad and I felt hopeless. As most of us feel/know our pets are truly family members and they depend on us. There was no care factor or compassion for our situation from the veterinarian. The medical assistant showed concern and in a caring way referred me to Dr. Sam. He said, “That’s where I would go.” I called West Valley before I left the parking lot and explained the situation. His staff was kind, compassionate, and they got me in the very next day.I was extremely grateful for Dr. Sam’s expertise, direct communication, high level of experience, and personal compassion he showed for myself/situation and my beloved Bailey. Along with his willingness to go above and beyond for the most positive outcome. I will always be sincerely grateful. Being referred to Dr. Sam was a blessing and the care we received was unmatched in every way.
