Didn’t have a good experience at first! Called the owner and he made it right! Freddy was awesome he appreciated my dogs instead of saying something that you don’t say!! He did a great job ? ????! Thank you again

Very Friendly Techs. Same day appointments. This one happened to be a faulty 20month old water heater. Swapped it out with a replacement...and was in and out in under 90min. Would recommend them. They have also done water pipe fixes also, same day. I have yet to meet one of their techs that is not professional and smiling the whole time!!!

Darrell was an amazing inspector. He was very throw and Informative. Also kindly patient with my children. My sitter had to cancel and I had my 2 boys with me the entire time. His reports were very detailed and easy to read. I'm really glad I went with WM Rieck.
