What a wonderful experience. I am so happy with the work Nancy Rudd Crews (owner) did with my hair. Professional, reasonable prices and just an overall blast and great vibes and energy in her shop. Thank you Mrs Crews for your service. I highly recommend the Hair Factor. I wont go anywhere else.
Nancy is amazing! She is up to date with techniques and latest trends. She is an amazing hair artist and colorist. I went to her several years ago looking for a new hairdresser and left with not only what exactly I was looking for, but also a new dear friend. She is the epitome of heart and soul. She truly cares and it shows. I highly recommend her.
