I'm so happy I did! Sophie is extremely pleasant and gentle and explains what she's doing. Electrolysis does permanently stop hair from growing, but it takes repeated visits. The thicker hairs become thinner each time they are 'zapped', so there are noticeable results after the first few visits. No more plucking, yay!! The office is very private, it is upstairs in a business complex with a locked door. The treatment room is very bright because it has windows to the front of the building, and the music is relaxing.
