I have always had a problem with hair on my chin and upper lip. I tried laser and the results were not really what I expected. I researched Electrolysis and found Sophie on Yelp. Sophie took the time to explain how electrolysis worked and the multiple secessions it will take to achieve permanent hair removal. I didn't know what to expect as far as pain. I must say its not painful but it is uncomfortable especially on the upper lip. Sophie was great with trying different modes on the machine to make my experience more comfortable. Who knew my sanctuary of repose and self care was at an electrolysis salon?!. I consider this place a private spa where I can enhance the gifts God blessed me with.Fantastic service, the esthetician is so skilled that her years of experience shines through. I have yet to experience pain or discomfort. To all my ladies who adore their privacy but need of some overdue TLC, treat yourself to a highly relaxing session here. Thank me later

Sophie runs such a nice and amazing establishment. I was looking for an electrolysis place and found this place out. Sophie explained everything during the consultation and I've been going to her ever since. Thank you for everything!
