“I was a little apprehensive about coming here based on a friend's experience and the reviews here. Today was my first appointment. Note....they have a 5 min grace period for being late. I was 15 luckily they made the exception.
I was the only one in office. I think perhaps being only a couple of days from the 4th of July may have something to do w it. Also u had an appointment as mentioned above. So may have had something to do with the fast pace. It was a breeze. Saw a P.A. Mr.Ramos very professional Courteous and explained all to me. Made sure i was understanding of everything.

After months of research comparing machines, treatment options, and providers, I can say that Dr. Lum’s office has the best fractional CO2 laser experience in the area. “This doctor has literally saved my life. I got sick and ended up in and out of the hospital, with countless symptoms but with no answers. I was in and out of the ER several times a week, BEGGING for answers, referred to many specialists over and over only to be told my labs were normal and sent on my way. Dr. Lissa has helped me get my life back, and I can't even express how grateful I am. Doctors swore up and down I would not heal my GERD without taking their PPIs, they literally told me it was IMPOSSIBLE, (without doing any actual tests on me of course, I had low stomach acid so their PPIs would have made me sicker, ironically), but here I am now, no more GERD, zero use of PPIs. “I would 100% recommend Federal injury centers to any federal employee that has an injury and cannot seem to get it approved, FIC will get it approved!!! I was going to Torrance FIC driving from Las Vegas once a month because my case could not get accepted in Vegas. After going to FIC in Torrance after two weeks, my case was accepted!! They know what they’re doing not only with the paperwork, but the therapies that you receive are unlike anything that you will receive anywhere else!!
