In the short time I have interacted with Randy from Town & country properties I have known nothing but prompt response times and friendly interactions. His rentals are in a beautiful neighborhood, equipped with natural lighting and a washer and dryer, and generously priced. Of those I know of who chose to vacate did so to purchase a home. It says so much about the ethos of a company to charge so reasonably in such a demanding market. This generosity gave his tenants the opportunity to save and become homeowners themselves. Randy could easily price this unit for double what he did in this market. Randy went out of his way to show me a rental unit within 24 hours of my inquiry amidst a personal emergency and for that I am so grateful! My application was approved in less than 12 hours and I look forward to my move in date.

Went today to watch my granddog compete in dock diving. This was my first time here. The grounds were so nice and it looks like they have many fun things for dogs and their owners to sign up for. Watching the dock diving was fun. Dogs competing were from 5lbs to 140lbs. It was cool to see many different breeds of dogs. They also have dog kennels. I was just super impressed with the grounds and I highly recommend checking them out.
They got me in right away, took care of the issue and weren’t overpriced at all. Would recommend 10/10

Stephanie and her team are AMAZING! I got married this weekend and my hair not only looked beautiful, but it lasted all night through 105 degree weather and dancing. It even lasted to the next day for my brunch! Stephanie really took the time to listen to what I wanted and personalized my style for me and made any changes I wanted. She is flexible and so talented. Me and all my bridesmaids LOVED the way our hair looked! Stephanie is also great at communicating, professional and super reliable. She was able to guide me and help me figure out what would be best for my hair and look. She was super organized and made sure I had a timeline that worked well and always communicated the plans. I texted and received a text back within hours for an appointment the next morning. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with John, very, very pleasant man. I have problem hair, he took his time to look over my hair and explain what he would do in order to style my hair the way I wanted it, he cut and styled my hair then had me work through it to insure when I style it my hair would look the way I wanted it to look. I will definitely be going back, he has a customer for life. I would recommend Modni Hair Lounge to everyone looking for a great stylist. Got me in last minute to do a touch-up highlights before vacation. The place can get very busy, it's fantastic they were open on a Sunday and were willing to try and help with my touch-up highlights w/out an appt since my vacation plans changed last minute so would be leaving a week earlier than I expected.. As I was waiting I saw they did excellent job in men's haircuts, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely should be a go to place for any guy looking for no frills but a great hair cut.
For the highlights, I won't complain for the price and getting me in last minute. But I think combination 2A/3A hair like mine they weren't quite prepared for (but to be fair a lot of places struggle with it so it shouldn't detract you from trying them).
10/19: so now several days later my hair has had time to adjust and appreciating them more. Due to having fine hair it can take a few days to see if it was overproceseed or not. The color looks better now than when I left and it wasn't overprocessed or breaking which has happened at numerous other places. Definitely will be going back

i've had my hair done by both Karen and her mother. Karen, I like to refer to as the Hair doctor. I truly think that if there was a doctorate level for hair, Karen would accomplish that. She's amazing with her hands. Karin and her mom helped correct a balayage that I had done for my wedding. Well i dont have much hair i needed a trim some shape. I looked them up on my phone said well i will try them, they were busy told me up front be about 45 minutes.Wait, i said ok. Well when it was my turn. I told the young lady what i wanted. And she went thew my hair shaped it layerd it best she could with what little hair i have. She was nice, polite, and wonderful. She gave me a card so i could do a survey, but i didn't want to do the gmail thing, so im putting it on here. I like the cut. Will return in about 8 weeks to get another trim. Im very picky who touches me where i go to get it cut. I will come back. Hopefully, i will be able to get somber again. She was so great. Thank you so much. Please get this review to her. The lodi great clips. Up date went there for the third time expecting a great cut. No i didnt get one. Jeanne to long of layers in back curved it to short , took chunks out back and side. Didnt know how to cut hair off ears cause i had to tell her she mist lots. Didnt know how to do a slant side burn cut at all kept using her comb. My side burns ended up looking like a mans . So when i got home i had to fix the front and side burns. My hair looks bad in back. So i will not return . I called on the phone told her this all she said have a good day. Not im sorry nothing. Will not ever come back. Yes i put another review on my face book page with photos. If i could put photos on here i would. Also the little girl she cut hair that was before me her long black hair. I have hair past my waist. I've managed 2 Supercuts in the easy bay many years ago. Knowing how to cut hair the Supercuts way, I asked my gal to please let me stand for the haircut so that she could get a perfect undercut. The last two times I've had my haircut the gals would not do that. The back of the chair interferes with obtaining a true undercut, leaving my ends looking whispy and uneven. Today was my first time going to this barber shop and it was really nice, I liked my haircut, the only downside was that the guy took almost two hours to cut my hair but hopefully that won’t happen again if I return.

Best haircut ever!!!! Dustin is the Yoda of barbers. Been going to LBS for over 20 years. Old time barber shop feeling . Don't try to walk-in, the best barber in town is very busy, but we'll worth the wait. I live in Nashville TN now but travel back to Lodi often. If I know I'll be heading to Lodi I'll let the hair get longer just to get my haircut by Dustin.
My girlfriend and I went here the other day looking for a new barber spot, and we weren’t disappointed. This place has a very nice vibe, it’s small and homey. Walk-ins welcome. The barbers are very nice and sociable. Only spent $25 for about 8 inches of hair cut. Very quick too! We later went home, dyed and styled it, and it looks awesome, just like she wanted it. We will definitely be coming back again soon.
Been going there for over 40 years every barber there is exceptionally qualified never got a bad haircut..except the barber named Mike this guy's got more shaking tremors in his hands than the San Andreas fault this guy gave me the worst haircut I've ever had in my life I've never asked a barber for a refund but when I asked him for a refund he assaulted me and now Lodi PD is filing battery charges and I'm going to sue him..PS I wouldn't let this guy trim the hair off my dog's butt.

Staff is friendly and has great recommendations on time and how often to tan etc for new folks. The vibe is chill and clean! I got the monthly package to test it out. I love the quick stand up tanning as well as the leg tanner because my legs are always white. I notice the tan forming quickly after. You have prep time to undress and put on lotion. Goggles are a must as well as covering your nipples if you don't want them to burn! I used silicon tape I trimmed to fit. I love my color and will be back!

I have natural nails and use only enamel nail polish. Hard to get a decent natural manicure these days, but they nailed it here! Love these guys. The only nail salon I recommend, in Lodi. I also send my husband here for pedicures. Wonderful job all around.

My daughter and I had such a relaxing and fun visit at Totally Nailed It! From the moment we walked in the vibe was calm cozy and super welcoming and the attention to detail was immaculate. They've recently added a gorgeous updated menu which we loved flipping through and the polish selection is seriously next level. So many colors to choose from sparkles nudes brights and every seasonal shade you could dream of. My daughter went full Halloween mode with adorable little ghosts and fall trees while I kept it classic with a French tip and a single sunflower to match my soul Our pedicures were just as lovely with a warm soak a gentle scrub and we left feeling like we were walking on clouds. Oh and the custom sunflower oil dropper I got? The cutest little touch. You can tell they really care about the experience from start to finish. I also really love how personable they are. It didn't feel rushed or transactional. They took their time with us made us feel important and were so friendly the whole time. Thank you for making us feel pampered and happy. Went in for a fill, I previously had work done at another salon. They worked over it, made my nails look 10x better and finished it off with the perfect shade and sparkle. I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I really love the service and the staff! I rarely ever have to wait, especially with walk ins. The only thing I would have to say that bothered me this time is some white man talking crap on literally everything. I’m not sure if he’s one of the owners or what… but if that is the case, very unprofessional. I was the only one in the salon and he was talking about how people with IPhone and Teslas are stupid. Which I get everyone is entitled to their own opinions but to talk about it out loud in a business setting is quite honestly unprofessional. I felt not only very uncomfortable but annoyed, I come to this salon for peace and quiet. Needless to say I will need to bring earphones next time or find a new salon.

I love this place this is my go to, to get my brows done the lady is very nice. I’ve came in to get my nails done a couple times they do a good job although I don’t know if your nails are supposed to burn when they put the acrylic thing on? It’s so weird cuz they like have it hidden every time they go to reach it? But that’s not my problem as long as my nails are nice lol. But I mostly come to get my brows waxed which the lady is very careful

I have gone to many different locations for Brazilian waxing and she is the only one I know of or gotten a mask for down there. It is totally worth it to lessen the inflammation of waxing. She also did amazing when I got extractions and skincare done.
First time getting waxed in any area of my body! I got a Brazilian and underarm and services did not disappoint! I loved how she walked me through everything and how quick she did it too. I prefer to get it done and over with than have to go through the pain of getting hair pulled out of me for a longer period of time. She made it less painful than I anticipated for sure! I've been to this shop to get some work done on two separate occasions. I couldn't be any happier with the quality of the tattoos. Saul is the artist that did the work, he was professional, receptive to the details of what I wanted and knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere was laid back and and inviting. The other tattoo artists were also friendly and made conversation with me as well.

I highly recommend Bella View. Juan and his crew have been amazing. They did two projects for us to complete our backyard and courtyard.
First project done in 2023. We had them extend our driveway, install pavers, and install artificial turf. This was the first phase as I didn't have a complete vision of what I wanted my landscape to be at the time, but we needed the turf and pavers since we had nothing (bought a new build). Communication was very easy to schedule a consultation and to get a quote. Once they started the work, it was full steam ahead. From my memory, it took Juan and his crew around 3-ish weeks to finish the first phase. Everyone was hard-working and his crew always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. Juan and his son, Santiago, were our main points of contact and were on-site for everything. They were very responsive to any concerns we had during the project.
Second project literally just finished. It took two years for me to figure out what I wanted (but hey, I had a toddler and I had a new baby). Juan and Santiago came out for our second consultation and quote. What I appreciated was that they still had notes from our previous encounter and confirmed all measurements this second time around. We wanted them to install a seating retaining wall with planter space behind it. We also had them clear out our north-side area of the backyard and put gravel (plan is to maybe put in a pool or structure, but I have committed to that idea yet). Lastly, they also finished off our courtyard with a seating retaining wall and planter. They finished this project in 11 days (but really 8 since we waited for a second shipment of bricks). Victor was the main person on site for us this time around, but Juan and Santiago were our main contacts. I was able to send them a wishlist of plants I wanted for the landscape and they were able to source everything I wanted, plus they added other plants based on their professional opinion (which I always appreciate). This project went smoothly as well and I am now loving my backyard and courtyard space. Just in time for warm weather fun!

I was so satisfied with my front yard landscape design, that a year later we had Exterior Design do our backyard in time for our 50th Anniversary Party. The designer listened to our needs, concerns and desires.
Our daughter had almost the exact same yard and concrete work done. Ours was half the cost and done in much less time. Once the work started, workers came EVERY day until the work was done!

Berndt is the best! They sawed up and hauled away a huge dead willow that fell on our house two days after a wind storm. They only took a half hour and it was so clean after they were done, it was hard to imagine they were ever there. Very professional. Really, the best.

I have been seeing Dr. Franklin and his staff for over 14 years and they are great. The people that work there are more like good friends than just people who work in the dental business. Each person is knowledgeable and efficient with their duties especially when it comes to dealing with all the different insurance companies, as well as dental procedures. I was referred to Dr Franklin by an oral surgeon because he had to remove a tooth after my dentist at that time had massacred one tooth so badly that it had to be removed. By the time I went to see Dr. Franklin I was terrified and didn't want to have any injections. During the first appointment, and every one since then, Dr Franklin and his staff have been wonderful and would explain everything that they were doing and made sure that I was comfortable. And when it comes to giving injections Dr. Franklin is the best, he definitely has a magical touch. I highly recommend Dr Franklin and his staff.

When I first treated with Dr. Schaeffer, I was in excruciating pain from my lower back down to my toes with numbness, and spasms. I was using a cane on a daily basis and was hunched over/crooked to the right side. I couldn't stand, walk, sit without needing to lay in the fetal position.After treating with him in the first few weeks, the excruciating pain subsided and I began to walk upright/straighter and eventually without a cane! His technique or adjustments with the activator worked miracles in me.That was seven years ago and I periodically still see him. Above of all, he is the most sincere, honest and caring doctor I ever have had. I was very happy with my overall experience with Harris Veterinary. My cat had an unfortunate accident and had to get part of her tail amputated. Dr Jones was friendly and straight to the point, which I appreciated. The staff I interacted with were also very friendly. I made a couple of calls and unplanned visits back over, but they were so understanding and accepting. I will definitely come back for any future treatment we might need.
I’m in town visiting family over the holidays. I saw someone run over a kitten so I picked it up and put it in my car and started calling around vet hospitals. The first two places couldn’t help me but Cherokee answered the phone and immediately said they would help me. The kitten passed in my arms on the way there, but they still helped me when I needed it and for that I am very grateful! They were very kind.

I have just barely started treatment here, but I have had a couple great sessions. I was a bit nervous about it at first, as I really don't like needles, but I'm so glad I tried it. The doc is very gentle and unbelievably the treatment is not painful at all! I will be going 2 x's a wk. for my pain and will update the results, I also had treatment for anxiety and doc said results for that are pretty quick, because I will tell you what, I was more relaxed than ever, felt as if I spent a week in the Bahamas on the beach sipping cocktails, ?LOL, FOR REAL! I have faith in it's results, something is not practiced for 1000's of years if it doesn't work! Look into it!
