I’ve been going to Karen for over 4 years now, so this review is long overdue. I have long, thick hair that I’ve been coloring since college, and over the years I’ve tried multiple hairstylists throughout the Bay Area and Stockton. Despite the drive, I always come back to Karen because she’s the only person I completely trust with my hair. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

i've had my hair done by both Karen and her mother. Karen, I like to refer to as the Hair doctor. I truly think that if there was a doctorate level for hair, Karen would accomplish that. She's amazing with her hands. Karin and her mom helped correct a balayage that I had done for my wedding. Karen also does exactly what you ask her to do instead of overshadowing your desires with her own. She's direct, doesn't sugar coat things, and it's my favorite thing about her. Great clean little gem off Lodi Avenue next to "Junk" in the Box. It's a family business. Sylvie was my stylist and did a pretty good job first time out. Got a "bob" (a little short in the back) but I liked that she pretty much knew what I wanted. Got up the next day and the "bob" remained intact! Sylvie is awesome! Friendly! Sorry no pics! This salon is a go to salon! Try it!
