My rental home needed about $100,000 worth of repairs after damage from the last winter storms. A giant oak fell and crushed a third of the house. To summarize my experience, I would say I am very satisfied with all that happened, and would rate 5/5 overall. It was finished on time and on budget. I actually had chosen someone else to do the repairs, but I am glad I changed my mind. It was a pleasure dealing with the people, particularly Ryan: excellent prompt communication, honest, and quality work. When I need further work, I will call on this company again. I have no financial interest in the company.

Ryan and his team helped me build out my new salon. They all went above and beyond and got everything done in a timely fashion. I always recommend Ryan to all my friends and family!!

We had been trying to do crown molding after we installed ship-lap but after several wasted boards and wrong angles (not to mention major frustration), I gave up.I contacted Schatz Construction and Ryan came and did an absolutely beautiful job!!!
