Been working out for 23 years and been a member at about a dozen gyms during that time, and this one by far was my favorite.Only reason I left was the fact I moved out of state. I still miss it, and it's been 6 years.

LifeStyle Fitness has amazing classes and fitness instructors. With the pandemic affecting all our lives, doing the fitness classes offered by LifeStyle on Zoom has been a real life saver and so much fun. They also have terrific equipment which I will use again when I feel safer working out indoors. Thank you LifeStyle for all you are doing for your members to keep us healthy!!

Great place to work out and relax by the pool. Many excellent classes from yoga and dance to TRX and in pool movement for seniors. Staff is very helpful. Facility is clean and cool in the summer months. Work out equipment for all skill levels from heavy free weights to elastic stretch band.
