“I started going to Balanced Chiropractic in May of this year with a bad flare up in my shoulder and neck. Dr. Nic did a great job of focusing in on the area of issue and I got improvement in my first visit. I've continued to visit for general maintenance and have benefitted from the exercises and stretches he recommends. He has a great combination of focusing on the joints as well as muscle work. I've had pain and tightness in my neck, back, and hip due to scoliosis and stress, plus shoulder and wrist issues recently due to repetitive use... the treatments make a HUGE difference! I feel so much better than I did before! My husband has also been going and it's helping him, too.
The entire staff is really awesome and so friendly! We've both seen Dr. Chahal and thought she did a wonderful job with our adjustments and specific issues. Miles usually gets us set up at the start of the appointment and listens really well to whatever is going on that needs to be the area of focus. Katie is also so kind and helpful at the desk with appointments.
