“I’ve seen Dr. Chris off & on for about 30 years. This time I “tweaked” my neck somehow, probably from doing oblique sit ups incorrectly. Anyhow it hurt a lot when I turned my head side to side. My range of motion was bad. I received an adjustment on Friday and I was still stiff the rest of the night. By the next morning my range of motion returned to normal without any pain.
Not all cases are like mine, but I’m happy to feel normal again. I’ll go again on Monday to make sure my cervical spine stays aligned.
