HALCO to the Rescue!
After my in-laws (both in their late 80s) had their roof replaced in late 2025, concerns were later identified regarding the quality of the installation. Multiple inspections and an independent assessment confirmed that significant corrective work would be needed.

Our family has been using Halco Roofing since the mid 1980’s and they just completed a roofing job at our daughter’s house. As usual, the job was excellent. The workers were efficient, tidy, and very organized. The project was completed in a timely manner and the costs were reasonable. Halco roofing replaced my roof back in 2006. Recently, my homeowners insurance company requested proof the roof had been replaced. I located some old paperwork with a phone number, but I could not locate my final paperwork. Jennifer at Halco returned my call the same day, and by the next day had sent me a letter confirming the date, type of roof, warranty, etc. Everything I needed. Now THAT is service you don't often find! If a company is willing to do that, there should be no need to look further.
