“We recently had a water damage issue in our kitchen that required demolition, mold remediation, and reconstruction and we hired Lawton Construction for this project based on a high recommendation from a friend. Lawton did a great job on our project and they managed the project professionally, did great work, and had good communication and follow through throughout the project. Despite it being during the holidays and Lawton having many other projects due to storm and other damage during that period they were able to take on and complete our job successfully end to end. It was very beneficial to have one company that can do the entire project from mold remediation and tear out to full reconstruction. They were able to do things with an eye toward the entire project – saving cabinet faces and doors, saving the countertops, etc. and were able to do a really good job of reconstructing the kitchen to look just like it did before the water damage. They managed the tear out, mold remediation, and all of the reconstruction from insulation, drywall, painting, cabinets, and flooring installation. Having someone manage everything end to end and doing great work made a hard situation much better and we would definitely recommend Lawton to others.“
