No more back or neck pain and I really believe the adjustments helped with the vertigo. Gentle pressure is applied and feels great. “Ray has been my chiropractor for 15+ years. I have a herniated disk with recurrent flares that happen several times a year, all of which started with a martial arts injury over 20 years ago.Back when the injury was new, the severity was mild and so were the flare-ups, but those progressively worsened. As of the past 8 years or so, the severity of pain reached a point of being debilitating on some occasions, as in - unable to sit/stand/walk without assistance (during the most severe episodes.)Every single time this has happened, I limped my way into Ray's office - and I walked (normally, upright) back out after a single treatment. Within a few more daily treatments, I am back to near 100% pain free, and the latest example was this past week. Tuesday I could hardly walk, had treatments on Wednesday and Thursday, and I am now headed out the door on Friday night for dinner with my family. I would not be doing that if I had not seen Ray for 2 back-to-back treatments.Ray's approach seems frankly simple and straightforward, but it is incredibly effective, and his diagnostic process (especially at new patient intake) is highly thorough and complex. I literally begin to feel improved circulation, mobility, and lessened pain levels *in real-time* as I receive treatments (ask him about the Bemer, Rapid Release, and my favorite, the "Ray Gun" lol i.e. Adjustment Tool.)Ray is a masterful healer and incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in Chiropractic medicine.
