“Excellent service & honest work! I took my samsung tablet to get checked because there was an issue with the charging port and Abraham told me that we might need to change the part and order it.

When I went to pick up my tablet, Abraham told me that he ordered the part but it wasn't necessary to change it because my tablet started working normal and he wouldn't charge me what he initially quoted me, and he would charge me just for the inspection and cleaning it. (He could have charged me double and told me he changed the part and I would have not even noticed as long as my tablet worked) But he was honest and charged me less, I appreciate the honesty, kindness and professionalism.

“Shoutout the homie Matt, I made an appointment for 8:20pm on a Thursday and he had some other customers when I arrived, he asked me if I could come back later since he didn't know if he would get to me in time before closing after I explained what I came in for, I asked if there was any way that it would be possible and he said there *might* be a possibility, emphasis on the *might*, I let him know I'll wait and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen, he said he didn't want me to wait around to then not be helped but I said it was okay, he was able to finish with the other customers and still have time to help me before closing! I also overheard another employee tell another customer that there were 2 call outs that day, Matt came through and mans deserves a raise fasho!!!“
