He was able to lift those stains and deep clean the upholstery so the couch looked fresh again, aside from the old cat scratches. He also went above and beyond the upholstery cleaning I scheduled and cleaned my sofa chair, ottoman, and carpet too. That was incredibly generous and thoughtful.
