Over a period of time, I began to trust the process and although my injuries were many...I am graduating starting to feel some relief because they listen. I still have a way to go but, the warm smiles, professional attitudes and genuine concern for the patient, I'm comfortable in their care.“

My daughter was terrified when she first started, and now she asks to go when her body doesn’t feel right. She trusts Dr. Brenda, and so do I! I have also felt a real improvement in my pain and mobility since seeing Dr. Brenda.
I just started using the hyperbaric chamber and am excited to see the results. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel so genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Brenda and her wonderful team!“

150 Lombard St Ste 2, San Francisco“Dr. Reh is truly a lifesaver. I came in with a torn rotator cuff and, thanks to his treatment, I was still able to complete my planned swim from Alcatraz. He takes the time to really listen, understand what’s going on, and explain what he’s doing. His depth of knowledge and care are exceptional. I wasn’t much of a believer in acupuncture before, but the results speak for themselves. I’m incredibly grateful for his help.“

I first went there for a vertigo cure which she amazing fixed in short order. Now I go to her for maintance on my neck which is where I hold my stress and she can always get it!
My other reccomendation is for Diane the magic fingers of all masseuses, you simply float out after she works on you. She also is very knowledgable, listens and nails it!“

22 Battery St Ste 600, San Francisco“If you are an athlete or a desk worker dealing with stubborn pain, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Cohen and the ProActive team.
The Issue: As an endurance athlete and avid tennis player who also works a desk job, I developed acute Achilles tendonitis. The pain was so sharp that I could barely walk when getting out of bed in the mornings. My podiatrist recommended new footwear, stretching, and not playing tennis. Even after resting and following that regimen for weeks, that did not stop the pain...which is made me seek out an alternative approach, because I did not like how long this was taking and I love being active.
The Approach: Dr. Cohen looks at the body holistically. He has an uncanny ability to understand how the entire chain connects—how the head (and even my thoughts!) affects the foot. He focused on realigning my overall posture and balancing out my muscles to address the heavy rotation from my sport.
The Result: The sharp pain completely vanished after a few sessions. It has been over a year now, and I am still 100% pain-free.
Dr. Cohen is incredibly intuitive and possesses a level of expertise that sets him apart from other healthcare practitioners. He doesn't just treat symptoms; he fixes the root cause. He is approachable, funny, good-natured, kind, and curious. I highly recommend him!“

I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors and Dr. Luck is definitely 5 stars…I highly recommend him as a Doctor of Chiropractic care!“

2400 Greenwich St, San Francisco“I dropped into Orangetheory in San Francisco while I was in town and ended up having one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. The staff greeted me right when I walked in and took the time to explain how everything worked so I didn’t feel lost. The coach that day had great energy and kept the whole room motivated without being over the top. The pace of the class was perfect and I felt like I could push myself without feeling overwhelmed.
The studio itself is clean, organized, and set up in a way that makes it easy to move through each block. The equipment looked really well maintained too. The heart rate tracking kept me focused and seeing the results in real time helped me stay on track. It was nice to be in a group environment where everyone was working hard but still in their own zone.
By the end of the workout I felt exhausted in the best possible way. If you are visiting the area or live nearby and want a workout that actually challenges you, this location is worth checking out. I left feeling stronger and honestly a little proud of myself for getting through it. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in San Francisco.“

Every therapist I’ve seen has been exceptional, especially Joanna at the Marina location and Mac at the Castro location.
As an athlete, I really value quality manual work, and they consistently deliver. The therapists are knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly effective. The front office team is also amazing — friendly, organized, and always helpful.
If you’re active, athletic, or just looking for excellent bodywork, don’t miss this place.“

3121 Laguna St, San Francisco“Dr. Lance has helped change how I look at and experience Chiropractic! I am actually from Canada, but whenever I come visit the bay, I always make it a priority to visit Dr. Lance. I’ve competed in many rigorous sports, including downhill ski racing, and fighting internationally for Muay Thai and kickboxing, accumulating a lot of damage, wear and tear on my body. To me, Chiropractic has always been about addressing pain and injuries- it wasn’t until I met Lance that I learned that chiropractic was also helping me to experience the fullest expression of my life!“

520 Tamalpais Dr #205, Corte Madera“I recently started getting massages with Nelly and she is a true professional. Before each session she checks in about how I’m feeling and asks which areas I want to focus on. During the massage, she makes it feel like we’re working on the problem together—I focus on breathing properly while she targets the tight, painful spots, and it honestly makes the session twice as effective. She’s also very easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable.
The studio itself has a wonderful atmosphere—spacious, beautiful rooms where you actually want to stay for a few minutes after the massage to rest and reset. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and I love the little touches like water and nuts available after the session.
Booking is also super easy with their online system—no phone calls, no confusion, and everything runs smoothly. I’m so happy I found this place and I’ll definitely keep coming back.“

45 San Clemente Dr Suite D230, Corte Madera“I’ve been seeing Dr. Vicki G. at Marin Family Chiropractic for about 4 months now, and she’s made a real difference in how I feel day to day. Between lifting and carrying young kids constantly, my body takes a beating — she’s been great at keeping me feeling generally good and catching issues before they become bigger problems. She listens well, explains what’s going on, and her adjustments are effective. Highly recommend if you’re a parent dealing with the physical toll of small kids, or really anyone looking for attentive, skilled care.“
“I've been a weekend worrior athlete for many years and have leveraged chiropractic many times to help put me back together.
No judgement here, but it's been difficult to find a DC that didn't push the idea of getting you set up on an ongoing maintainance schedule instead of helping your body healing itself (Don't get me started on this topic!).
Dr. Danaher is literally the only one who not only made it a point to educate me up front on how the NUCCA practice WILL help you heal , but he actually delivered on it.“
10AM - 7PM
3014 Fillmore St, San Francisco“Dr. Ulysses Espinosa has four superpowers:
Superpower 1 - Chiropractor: Enslaved by the siren call of the keyboard? Has it got you tap-tap-tapping far into the night, until you are turned, no, not into swine (oops, mixing mythical episodes here...) but into slant-shouldered slouches? Head and neck way out of whack? If you are looking for a way to remedy the results of this enslavement, let Odyssey Chiropractic straighten you out - and no, it won't involve tying you to a mast. (OK, Homer did not actually mention that as one of the heroic acts performed by Odysseus, but THIS Odysseus, i.e. Dr. Ulysses Espinosa, WILL solve your problems!) Dr. Espinosa goes above and beyond, spending a lot of time to identify and correct whatever your problem might be - he is a nerd in the best sense - he just really wants to figure stuff out. He takes carefully calibrated measurements to thoroughly analyze and record your skeletal problems and uses his considerable skills as well as various devices to help resolve them. He works really hard and employs some moves that were surprising to me. He is a NUCCA practitioner - not your usual 'let's-crack-your-neck' kind of method. In fact, no scary neck-cracking involved.
Superpower 2 - Therapeutic Massage: He is also a skilled massage therapist. If you want some soft tissue relief as well - he's your guy. I am now being treated by him for a medial collateral ligament sprain, as well as other issues in the same knee (tight hamstrings, quads, IT band) caused by enforced limited mobility over the last several months. He is working on stretching those muscles out and it is just such a relief to realize I WILL be able to get my mobility back - I'm already seeing a great improvement. Again - he works really hard at this! (Or, if you just want a lovely, relaxing massage, that's also on the menu.)
Superpower 3 - Fully Bilingual: Yes, he is completely fluent in English and Spanish.
Superpower 4 - All Around Great Guy: He really cares about fixing what is wrong with you. I realized that when I first encountered him 12 years ago, when he was doing massage at Millberry Gym, at UCSF, and he fixed a problem for me. When I wanted to go back to him for another massage, turns out they had discontinued the program. I have been trying to track him down ever since, and finally found him again, at Odyssey Chiropractic (he, in the meantime had gotten his credentials as a Chiropractic Doctor! ). He is an exceptional, caring human being, and though that wouldn't even matter if you were being successfully treated - it's a biggie for me! He's the best!“

55 Mitchell Blvd #10, San Rafael“I have had around 15 appointments with Dr Joseph for the pain in my lower back. About 6 years ago I experienced and NDE - was hit by a car while ridding a bicycle. I have experienced back and neck pain ever since the accident at age 15, currently I am 21. After my first appointment I noticed immediate relief in the sore, tense, pain that had built up in my lower back and neck. This impacted my day-to-day in many negative ways and with every appointment I feel my body relax. These appointment have helped shape my daily life into a more positive and efficient environment.“

880 Las Gallinas Avenue Suite 6, San Rafael“I first went to Dr. Smith several years ago with an extremely stiff neck following a long distance train ride with my head held in the same direction long hours looking at all the scenery. My Pilates teacher noticed how I was holding my head and recommended Dr Smith as someone who could help. I had never gone to a chiropractor previously and was somewhat apprehensive. After one
treatment, however, I felt amazingly better.
After a few more visits I no longer had any pain or stiffness in my neck or back.
I have returned since then for “tuneups” if I feel the need and always feel better after a visit.
Dr Smith is knowledgeable, calm, friendly, and very willing to patiently explain his method. A visit to his office is comfortable and calming, usually accompanied with a warm greeting by his very gentle dog, Momo.“
