Ive had two massage with Meredith that were next level spectacular. She is very engaged with her touch and the whole experience was so relaxing and I needed it. At one point I thought, oh my god is this what magic feels like? lol! Win win win

I came to Premier Health for the first time with a ton of lower back pain and a healthy dose of skepticism given the last two chiropractors I had visited had left me in more pain than when I started off. I'm happy to report that after 2 weeks of treatment with Dr. Michael Fontana, my back is feeling better than it has for the last two months. His treatments have been thorough, educational, and most importantly effective! I would recommend Premier Health Chiro and especially Dr. Michael Fontana without reservation. I am so grateful to have I found them!

Let me start by saying when you first walk in Sierra is lovely and very welcoming. I started seeing Dr. Fontana for some back pain after a failed attempt with a previous chiropractor at a different office. He is very thorough in getting to the root cause of your pain. It's so much more than going in and getting adjusted until you're better. I am given at home weekly exercises/stretches to help improve my mobility. You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he does. Such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend his care!
