“Dr. O Patel and her assist Daniel are very good professionals they listen to the patients concerns and have done an outstanding job on my left 2nd 3rd toes nails. The tech cut out the old nail growing out wrong due to severe trauma of both toe nails. Bith nails grew back, and the next visit, the tech trimmed n filed my toe nails. They also treated my athletes' feet and gave me some medicated cream for my feet. I was told how to correctly care for my feet, change socks daily, n wear shoes every 2 days for proper ventilation. They have bedside manners and are passionate about treating their patients. I rate them 5 stars.“

“I really want to thank Alex (front desk) for being patient with my questions and situation needs when I called to make an appointment. Unfortunately my primary care (Kaiser) would not fill out paper documents that I needed for school admissions and so I had to seek out physical exam services outside of insurance. Once Alex understood my situation, she asked me pertinent questions just to make sure that I did not come in and end up having to spend even more money. Fortunately, all I needed was the physical exam, as I had already done the necessary labs.I was able to get an appointment within the week!! I usually have to wait a month with Kaiser - but again I do that because they have been my primary HCPs for years and have all my records.Dr. Marianne Mikhail whom I was seeing, was so sweet and understanding. She was not rushed and calm doing my physical exam. She asked me what my school admissions were about and read my form twice to make sure that she answered the questions correctly. Honestly, with the healthcare in America as it is, I was pleasantly surprised. At the end of my visit, I had my paper and Alex suggested that even though I had the doctor's signature on it to let her stamp it with the office' stamp so that it was official and had pertinent information in case the school needed to contact them.10/10 - no complaints.“
