I was particularly impressed by Shayn’s patience while assisting a patient—it’s rare to see that level of care. “This review is so long overdue....I've been seeing Agnes since 2022 and every time I go to see her I have a great time! I love her. I love chatting with her. I wish my appointments were longer because I just love being around her energy. Her new office in Naples is super cute and super easy to find parking. She has specials that she sends via text a few times a year. It's easy to schedule through the internet but you can still call if you need to. I just think she is just a really good person and she's been doing my botox for a long time perfectly. I've also had Morpheus 8, filler and derma peels. I don't plan on going to anyone else for my med spa needs ever, so hopefully she doesn't retire or move. See you in a few months Ages. :)“

“My advice is to temper your expectations. Getting tattoo removal requires multiple session over years. While each session was quick the tattoo slowly fades each time and the healing process sucks. The last few times I got ugly blisters. You have to wait about 2-3 months for the tattoo to heal to get lasered again.

I started going in March 2023 to remove a regrettable tattoo I got about 9 years ago. Took 2 years and 8 sessions for the tattoo to be light enough to be covered up.

Dr. Tien was great. Every session was quick in and out.“

Adriana who checks us in and gets us situated is so sweet and attentive! She’s always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. “I have been going to Digestive Disease Consultants for years. Recently, I had a serious issue and the Dr. Lee at DDDOC, and a physicians assistant Leslie Whitney were relentless in trying to find out what the problem was and cure me. This included numerous tests, procedures, home IV and home nurses and a referral to other related Dr specialities. I continue to be impressed with the staff for its efficientcy , and how kind all of the Dr and staff are. One thing I learned is to use their in-house website for even faster responses.“

I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. This is a review for Dr. Kazuto Augustus. I have been seeing Dr. Augustus for 18 months. Dr. Augustus has been consistently kind, caring, and respectful throughout our interactions. In addition, Dr. Augustus has been affable and a very good listener during my visits, and makes you feel comfortable and attended to. How often can you say that about a physician, much less a specialist? My foot needs are somewhat unique, and Dr. Augustus took many variables into account before recommending a treatment for my diabetic neuropathy that I had never heard of (Qutenza). He seems to be expert and knowledgeable. The treatment has been quite successful so far, although there are several months to go. At West Coast Foot and Ankle (Long Beach Office) the staff have been serious but polite and efficient. There was one time when the ball got dropped in communication with the specialty pharmacy, but that quickly got fixed. Overall two thumbs up.“
