FAWSY IBRAHIM and PERSONNEL: REGGIE & NATALIE It started with Natalie who responded with immediate empathy to my request for email contact vs phone. She went out of her way to make it happen. I am nigh 83, survivor of violent assault that forces me to utilize formal communication and documentation. Seniors truly have a difficult time with memory lapses. Medical needs too are delicate, often cumbersome. Thus, when I experience on time 10+ professionalism, coupled with downright empathy/niceness, it means so, so much. I salute you all.
