I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. “My advice is to temper your expectations. Getting tattoo removal requires multiple session over years. While each session was quick the tattoo slowly fades each time and the healing process sucks. The last few times I got ugly blisters. You have to wait about 2-3 months for the tattoo to heal to get lasered again.

I started going in March 2023 to remove a regrettable tattoo I got about 9 years ago. Took 2 years and 8 sessions for the tattoo to be light enough to be covered up.

“This review is so long overdue....I've been seeing Agnes since 2022 and every time I go to see her I have a great time! I love her. I love chatting with her. I wish my appointments were longer because I just love being around her energy. Her new office in Naples is super cute and super easy to find parking. She has specials that she sends via text a few times a year. It's easy to schedule through the internet but you can still call if you need to. I just think she is just a really good person and she's been doing my botox for a long time perfectly. I've also had Morpheus 8, filler and derma peels. I don't plan on going to anyone else for my med spa needs ever, so hopefully she doesn't retire or move. See you in a few months Ages. :)“
