I really want to thank Alex (front desk) for being patient with my questions and situation needs when I called to make an appointment. Unfortunately my primary care (Kaiser) would not fill out paper documents that I needed for school admissions and so I had to seek out physical exam services outside of insurance. Once Alex understood my situation, she asked me pertinent questions just to make sure that I did not come in and end up having to spend even more money. It was my first time here and I loved it. The place is so neat and clean. The front desk has great customer service and the doctor answered all of my questions and I felt like she cared.

It’s a really good clinic, the doctors are very attentive. However when it comes to calling their office I’m always put on hold for a very long time. They can improve that, specially when it’s something as simple as just asking a question or rescheduling an appointment. Other than that I like this doctor.
