“Alex and his team helped my wife and I build our dream home. From the start Alex was professional and on time, the consultation Alex came prepared with his architect. He answered all our questions and made us feel at ease. We went with divine grace to build up on our home a 2nd story and full remodel on the 1st floor. Since the start communication was always there, they where always on time for meetings, and no detail was left out. Alex told us it would take 8-9 months from starting on the construction part of the house and they did just that!! Marco and his guys where always very professional when we went on site to check the progress, we had meetings with Alex or Eric anytime we requested it. Their work on our house speaks for it self, it's beautiful and way better then we imagined!! They always offered advice for finishes and other things, they are very knowledgeable in their trade. “I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dave Lupo, his crew and the team at WPM contractors. After searching for a long time to find someone to help us with our home renovation (kitchen, den, living room and full house flooring, paint and windows) and meeting multiple pushy salesmen and individuals who didn’t seem to understand our vision, we met Dave and immediately felt comfortable with him and the direct, honest, and knowledgeable way he explained his process, timeline and costs (which were far better than anything we’d seen yet).Dave acted as the general contractor and lead for all needs for our 2 month project, but pulled on a vast Rolodex of contacts in the Industry who always helped us get to the best price, complete the job on time and to the highest level of satisfaction (and this coming from a very particular and sometimes needy client!). Not only are Dave, his team and his subs highly skilled, they are also extremely honest – when removing the flooring from our bathroom it looked like there may have been flooding that the previous owner had just patched over and not disclosed. Upon initial inspection damage looked severe and may have led to $5-15K in unexpected costs, however Dave was able to call on his experts and discovered that the issues were only surface level (did not effect structural or safety) and turned what may have been an extreme disaster into a $500 fix.Finally I just have to praise our WPM team of Dave, Daniel and Jake for being genuinely good and nice people to work with. At the time of our remodel I was three months pregnant, had a rambunctious two-year-old at home, and we had decided to live in the house as the construction went on. Every single day Dave and Team kept in constant communication with me on updates and lists of deadlines, kept the house as clean and safe as humanly possible when they left so my toddler could enjoy non-work spaces, always greeted is with smiles and jokes and helped us make a two month transition as smooth as it possibly could be.
