I've used PRC Restoration twice in 9 years! Pin hole pipe leaks are so frustrating! PRC made the experience much more bearable. Ricardo, manager of the repair crew, remembered me from 9 years ago when we had a leak in the same room! His team did a great job repairing the ceiling of three of my rooms. You'll never get a brand new room after the damage due a pipe leaks, but you'll get pretty close to the next best thing! I highly recommend PRC Restoration and their teams for any home damage covered by insurance. They are very thorough and do great work!
Carlos and his team did an excellent job with the restoration of my home due to water damage. They were right there when I was recommended to them by my plumber. Got everything done on time and up to code. I highly recommend them.
PRC will be ready next day, if not same day for what is needed to respond to structural emergencies of the home. Any representative will make the guidance and response custom fit to the situation and your comfort level. I am 100% satisfied with the team of Carlos, Ricardo, and the administrative reps I was involved with.
