PRC did an amazing job handling our personal contents after the Eaton Fire. The pack out and pack back was smooth and trouble free. They also created a detailed inventory report for both salvageable and unsalvageable items for our insurance claim. The entire team was wonderful but the head supervisor/project manager Rafael Garcia was AWESOME. He answered all our questions timely and really went the extra mile to make sure we received excellent service.
