I'm coming back to project manager Oscar for the 2nd time! He did a great job for me about a year ago on my rental property and now I'm lucky to have him back again leading the remediation and repair job at my house causes by an internal water pipe leak and resulting water intrusion damage. Oscar is a pro's pro, great to work with, fast, reliable and makes sure the job is done right every time! I highly recommend having Oscar Rivera at PRC manage remediation and repair projects!

Ricardo Prc went above and beyond to get the job done on time and on budget. My insurance company did not provide enough money for the repair. Prc worked with me and made it happen. Would definitely recommend them.
