It's an 80+ year old house with numerous remodels, so nothing is straightforward or easy. Still, all the work was outstanding. Jonathan, in addition to being very pleasant to work with, showed outstanding problem-solving skills and managed the replacement of an undermount sink without collateral damage to stone counters, etc.
Jonathan was prompt, tidy, and good at communicating.
While nobody wants to need a plumber, it's great to have someone to call that you have tremendous confidence in.“

“I heard a new noise in my kitchen faucet and was concerned that there could be a bigger issue. I called CSR because of all the good reviews and I'm glad I did! My call was returned promptly, and an appointment was made that was convenient for me. Dayne came out, listened to what was going on, explained what could be happening and what he would be checking. After carefully checking the lines, he explained that there didn't appear to be any issue but if the sound bothered me, he could adjust the water pressure. There was no charge for the evaluation and he did not try to upsell me on anything! I very much appreciated having my concerns allayed. “Our original American Standard shower mixing valve from when the house was first built in 1967 failed catastrophically on New Year's Day (2025) and wouldn't shut off. We had no choice but to shut off the water for the whole house as there was no way to turn off the water just to the shower without cutting through a wall. We were able to get an appointment the next day and Mason showed up right on time. He was able to diagnose the issue, find and pick up the required parts locally, including a new chrome wall trim kit and handle, cut off the old handle (was frozen as a result of 58 years of hard water) with a saw, rebuild, reinstall, and seal the whole thing in less than 3 hours. There's absolutely no way I could have done that myself. I was convinced that it would require cutting through the wall and was expecting to have to pay a lot of money to do a full valve and piping replacement. Mason was able to do all the work in place without having to cut tile or plaster. I am extremely happy with the result and the cost I think was quite reasonable considering the time and effort it took to fix it.“
