“We used to go to another local vet but they could never get us in and were horrible about returning our phone calls. So we switched to singing hills and are so happy we did. We have 5 pets and live in the country so there is always a pet who is having a problem. Singing hills has always been there for us. They get us in right away. We’ve never heard “sorry we just can’t see them” they always have got us in. And they are reasonable. They talk through all options with us and don’t force high priced treatments on us. We are so happy we switched! Highly recommend!“

“My golden retriever had a large skin tag on his elbow that was starting to get irritated and change color. I went to my main vet Feathers and Fur in La Mesa and they wanted to charge me over 3,000 dollars for removal. Instead I went to El Cajon Valley vet hospital and they removed the skin tag and stitched it up in under an hour total. For 265 dollars. Yes I said 265 dollars for visit and removal. Great atmosphere and even better service. 10/10 recommend. Now my pup is recovering, and my bank account isn’t empty lol.“

“We have been coming to Dr. Simpson for over 20 years. He is a wonderful and compassionate veterinarian! He did nasal surgery on our pug, due to breathing problems.“

They try to help people financially if necessary and they've always seen Venus on the fly if there was a crisis. I drive 50 miles one way just to go to this veterinarian because they're so good.“

“From the instant I called the Advanced Care Veterinary Hospital, I was consoled and relieved by Maddie's empathy as she scheduled my appointment. When I arrived on Friday evening, I was taken into an exam room right away, and the tech, Sarah, very sweetly greeted my ailing kitty. After taking a history and then sharing it, I met Dr. Maret. I was immediately put at ease by her calm and friendly manner. The physical exam was completed, and all of the staff made sure my kitty was treated with care. High praise for this practice. “My dog Chanel had an emergency and their whole team was wonderful in explaining what the cause was (anal rupture) how they would take action to correct the issue, and the follow-up appointments. They really care about your pets! They took their time explaining the medicine, doses, everything.

They even went above and beyond. I thought there might have been an issue with Chanel's stitches and emailed them a photo - they quickly responded letting me know what I was seeing was normal.

I recommend them to anyone in Santee or nearby for great care!“
