It has very talented, helpful and respectful staffs. and very understandable.they acknowledged my problem and help me with one single entry for that day till I be eligible for upgrading my membership. I appreciate of their effort to providing an excellent memorable experience to their customers.

This location is great! It's a new facility with plenty of nice machines (most track your reps/time). The staff is really friendly and very helpful! I definitely feel more comfortable at this gym than other chains I've gone to before. The people that go seem to be respectful and I don't feel any bad vibes. To be fair I mostly go in the early mornings so I can't speak to the busiest times. My only critique would be that it seems understaffed sometimes so maybe the company should work on employee retention.

The gym is awesome, as well as the Manager Tyler! Sometimes, he has to do the hobby of talking to members who refuse not to follow the rules! Remember this is his job!!! That said to the member who thought he was being singled out, it comes down to the fact that you were not following the rules! Accountability is what you must learn; take responsibility for the fact you were being a disruption to the other members. Banging the weight machines, loud grunts, not wiping your sweat off the machines after use is being RUDE! The staff at this gym are wonderful, productive, kind, and helpful . Tyler is the best Manager this location has had in the since opening.
