“I have been going here for a couple of years and my experiences haven't always been great. That was until I had an appointment with the new PA, Krystal Lott and my review is based primarily on her. As well as the receptionist Cindy and Anthony (I'm not sure of his title) who are always a joy to see. I had been mentioning the same issues I was having at previous appointments and it was always dismissed until I had seen Krystal. Not only did she listen to my concerns she actively helped me find a solution and I couldn't be more grateful!! She is the true definition of a caregiver. She will not brush you off or prejudge you. She is gem! I without a doubt would 110 % recommend her!“

“It is now late August, and I honestly cannot believe that I failed to provide a Google Review for this special place earlier. Last year, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. During my very first meeting with Dr. Jason Sun in October 2023, I was impressed with the clear, understandable manner in which he explained my treatment options, and their respective probabilities of success. Radiation treatment started in early January 2024 and continued on a daily basis for 28 back-to-back weekdays into February. I had just moved to the area and thus had neither family nor friends during this period. Everyone, and I mean everyone, at Advanced Oncology made this life-altering period go as smoothly as possibly. What I soon noticed, however, is that every single patient receiving treatments, who I encountered before and after my designated treatment time, walked in with a smile, felt confident about their treatment, and spoke very highly of the staff, top down. I can't imagine having to do this alone in a new city, without the degree of professionalism exhibited by this group. Truly special.“

Calling on the phone they take great care of me and address every concern and question I have. The staff is amazing and so sweet. The nurses are incredible nd make sure the take everything I have to say seriously. Started coming here five months ago after I had my son and I'm absolutely satisfied with the care I have received thank you to the entire staff for making me feel cared for and understood. “Everyone there was so nice from the receptionist checking me in all the way through the medical assistant to the Nurse practitioner!! They were very thorough and didn’t make me wait in the back for more that a few minutes, like most urgent cares do. I’ve always had to wait for at least 10 -15 minutes once called back. This place was able to take care of me and also administer a shot for my severe pain in my back and hip. To top it off the med tech was so gentle giving me the shot. All in all ,a Great urgent care!!“

“My 5 year old neurotypical doctor has been going to Dr.Ortiz since January 2024. She is exceptional! I addressed my concerns with her and she took them serious and referred me to a specialist to have any potential health concerns eliminated or appropriately cared for. After seeing the specialist she wanted us to see another specialist. One morning I returned her call and the office informed me she was the only doctor in and may not be able to return the call that day. We understood and told them to return the call when she can. Dr.Ortiz called 9PM that evening and answered any questions we have. The staff is communicative on my chart. However, the front staff is not friendly. Another con is our office visits have always been over 30 minute wait from our visit time.“

“I been going here since 2018 I moved out of perris to San Bernardino and I still come here the staff and Dr Franklin always been good my favorite nurses was yadira she left and now maria they make u feel at home not that the other nurses aren't nice they are too I recommend this place“

“I have had positive experiences with all appointments at this group. Dr. NALLA is a kind doctor. She listens to issues, she is diirect and caring. As a psychiatrist, her role is prescribing medication if appropriate. She monitors the effects of the medication by appropriately spaced appointments or responds to a phone call if I have a concern about the medication effects. If I need to talk with her before my next appointment, I am able to schedule an appointment quickly.I see other comments about waiting past appointment times. That has happened, infrequently. It is connected to Urgent circumstances with a patient who may be in crisis or an urgent situation. These issues do occur in this field. I make a point of not scheduling an important appointment /meeting too soon after my expected appointment end time.The staff is efficient and pleasant.I also see Melanie Carpenter for therapy visits. She is caring and understanding.I'm glad to have this facility in my area. I recommend this group.“
