We just received excellent service and response from Juan and his team at Lake Arrowhead floor And Window Coverings! We had a challenging repair and restoration on custom Draperies and Juan was able to think outside the box and come up with an excellent solution that was both cost-effective and timely. He was friendly, courteous and responsive. He also was timely in his arrival, time and completion of the installation. We are thrilled and will be planning on using him again soon.

Most of my praise goes to my man Jose. Jose is the point man for thr flooring division, conducting the field inspections, measuring and installation oversight.

Jose (their measures and lead person) is extremely polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. His insights to a special installation was second to none.
