We have an older home in Lake Arrowhead and needed to replace our hardwood flooring and wanted carpet runners for the stairs. We had used Carpet Station around 11 years ago for our loft and called them to come give us advice. Steven Wallace came to our house and gave us some ideas. Our biggest concern was that we had 2 different wood colors in our house: cherry kitchen cabinets and an redwood stained wood around the windows, on the doors, and the baseboards. We wanted to incorporate them both without having to repaint one or the other completely. He suggested we go to the showroom to look at flooring and carpet samples. Within about 10 minutes we had a large few samples to take home to see if they would work with our color scheme. They were perfect!!! We ordered the flooring and he gave us a few options on how we could have stair carpet runners installed. They were able to get the job done, showed up on time, and communicated well throughout the process. The men who install for them, Manny and Sergio, were excellent!!! We could not have been happier!! Turned out that our floors were not level: no problem for them! They exceeded our expectations and we have recommended them to people looking for flooring. I would not hesitate to use them again!!! Oftentimes on the mountain, there seems to be a bit more lag time than usual, but not from Carpet Station!!! They were super easy to work with and Steven Wallace oversaw the entire project and made certain we were happy with the results. Great team!!!
