Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Ashley Stypinski, a Membership Concierge at Lifetime gym, and I must say, she made all the difference in my experience. After facing medical challenges and relocating, I found myself in a predicament with my gym membership. Despite previous phone calls where I was told I had to physically come in to cancel my membership, I decided to visit the gym when I noticed unexpected charges on my account.Expecting the typical bureaucratic runaround, I was pleasantly surprised by Ashley's warmth and professionalism. Great location, with lots of things to do. I regularly use the pickleball courts and have much fun there. All the staff are very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend the place.

Tracy the Queen of Massage at Lifetime Laguna Niguel has been a God Send for me as she has experience great technique & knowledge. I play on a Senior Volleyball Team traveling all over the UNITED states and when I get back from tournaments I can ALWAYS count on Tracy to help me in the recovery process.
