If you haven’t been you must….i think walking into a new gym is very intimidating but not at Shamba Tribe. If you are new to working out, or a seasoned athlete you will feel so welcome and get a good a$$ kicker of a workout!!
This has been a great workout experience. Great variety in the workouts, a lot of focus on mobility which is vital as we all age. I recognize and respect the knowledge of every trainer and the owner. They focus on making sure you are doing the movements correctly to prevent injury and maximize results. If you want productive training in a positive environment this is the place.
This place is amazing!! By far the best gym and workout in the Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel area. Instructors and owners are awesome. They care about personal progress and community. Shamba Tribe!!!
