“After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.“

“This place is great! It’s a small business & the staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. The environment is great & everyone (customers included) are very friendly. My 3 dogs are now “regulars” here. The shampoo & conditioner that comes out of the machine (along with the water) is great & doesn’t hurt my dogs’ skins even after many baths or excessive bathing. The leave-in conditioner is excellent & keeps my pups soft & great-smelling.

I do have several recommendations for improvement, however — I think I would really appreciate more fencing so as to prevent my dogs from escaping out the front door! Maybe some sort of double-door type situation @ the front door? Also, I suggest that the customers MUST be made clear & fully understand that the RVT’s ear cleaning & nail trimmings are NON-refundable! Many ppl seem to not understand this & then give the staff unnecessary problems (complaints). Since this is a SMALL business, everyone needs to be paid for their labor!!! Even if the ear clean / nail trims aren’t completed!!! Labor is Labor people!!!!!“

“NAIL CUTTING: Thank you! Just brought in my elderly female cat of 18 years. She had a nail that was growing down into her paw and I wasn't sure how to cut it myself. It didn't puncture the paw so Lina was able to cut it. Only $12 for nail cutting and super quick. I might just start bringing in my cats for a quick nail cutting from now on instead of doing it myself all the time. I didn't think it'd be affordable, but $12 is perfect for me.

BATHING: I asked about bathing my fat boy cat; but this grooming place requires a rabies shot certification for bathing. I might go ahead and get one for him. He's heavy and starting to become too much for my arthritis.

Our dog is weary of new people and has separation anxiety, but he was well behaved during his grooming session and looks amazing. The grooming fee was more than reasonable and they did a great job on him. We asked for short trim because we're going camping and because we're heading into warmer months, and they did just as we asked.
